Brooks Academies Of Texas issued the following announcement.
Brooks Family, I have been on conference calls with TEA and Region 20 Superintendents today regarding COVID-19. We want to do everything we can to help stop the spread of the virus, so we are announcing that all Brooks Campuses will be closed until Friday, April 3, following our spring break. There will be no classes, extra-curricular activities, sports, etc.
Please continue to check our websites, Facebook pages, Remind and Parent Square. We will have drive through service for school breakfast and lunch at each campus and we will have at-home packets and online instruction available beginning March 23.
I don't have final details on these arrangements yet, but we will be updating through social media as soon as details are confirmed.
