Let’s talk about how we can work together to protect our communities."

Later that day, Casar reflected on the four-year anniversary of Winter Storm Uri, criticizing Governor Greg Abbott's handling of the crisis. He emphasized the need for preventive measures against extreme weather conditions and called for congressional action to prevent future blackouts and address climate change.
