San Antonio  — Next week, the San Antonio Airport System (SAAS) will help host a Virtual Texas Airports Rental Car Supplier Diversity Outreach Day. The main goal is to share information about contracting opportunities with rental car concessionaires.

The 2-hour event, which includes breakout sessions, will teach participants about:

• How Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (ACDBEs) can benefit
• Key insights into the ACDBE program
• Requirements and certification process for ACDBEs
• How to connect with industry experts and key stakeholders in the rental car sector
• Resources and support available for ACDBEs

SAAS’s Business Opportunity and Diversity Development (BODD) team will also share best business practices, as well as information on procurement processes for rental car companies.

SAAS is one of five airport systems participating in the virtual forum, which includes representatives from eight rental car suppliers. It will be held on:
