Galen College of Nursing-San Antonio enrolls 1,510 undergrads

At Galen College of Nursing-San Antonio, 79 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 84 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private for-profit institution in San Antonio enrolled 1,510 students in fall 2018, all in undergraduate programs, data shows. 22.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

100 percent of undergraduates are residents of Texas.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as Hispanic or Latino (38 percent) and white (33 percent).
