The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Joaquin Castro, Castro for Congress, refunded $75 to Jennifer Scribner on Aug. 23, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Castro for Congress has refunded $1,075 total since March 1.
