There were three multiracial students enrolled in Henry Ford Academy Alameda School for Art + Design District in the 2022-23 school year, the same number as the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Data showed that Henry Ford Academy Alameda School for Art + Design District welcomed 75 students during the 2022-23 school year. Among them, multiracial students comprised 4% of the student body to be one of the least represented ethnicities in the district.

Henry Ford Academy Alameda School for Art + Design District roughly covers schools within Bexar County and has a main office in San Antonio.

Henry Ford Academy Alameda School for Art + Design was the only school in the district which enrolled multiracial students, welcoming three students in the 2022-23 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
