On Dec. 30, Esther Ponce (successor trustee) and Ponce Property Management (trust) sold their home at 4027 Fawnridge Drive, San Antonio to Esther Ponc. The property is appraised at $210,000.

So far in December 2021, 1,980 properties sold in San Antonio.

According to the Texas Secretary of State, Esther Ponce has been registered to vote since 1988.

The Texas Secretary of State data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 4027 Fawnridge Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Esther Ponce, 61, and Barry Drake Harris, 59.
