On Wednesday, April 23, former Sandra Day O’Connor High School standout Leighann Goode’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 1-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Oklahoma State Cowgirls.
The game took place at Cowgirl Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cowgirls this season.
The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 5 p.m. at Love’s Field against Oklahoma Sooners.
