Thalia Reyes and McMurry fall 7-1 to Ozarks Eagles on March 7

On Saturday, March 7, at 11 a.m., former O’Connor High School star Thalia Reyes and the McMurry War Hawks were defeated 7-1 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Ozarks Eagles.

Edwards Field served as the venue for the matchup. This marked the teams’ third contest of the season. The War Hawks previously claimed a 4-2 victory in their Friday, March 6 contest against the Eagles.

Reyes pitched one inning, giving up one earned run and striking out two batters.

The War Hawks are set to play next on Friday, March 20, at 6 p.m. at Warrior Softball Field, taking on the Hendrix Lady Warriors.
