"Congress has passed the Honoring Our PACT Act to help 3.5 million veterans exposed to toxic substances.
Right now, technicalities are keeping the bill from becoming law. Negotiators need to put veterans first, put politics aside, and send the bill to the president's desk. (4/4)."
