Home valuations decreased in San Antonio during May

The median assessed value of a home sold in May in San Antonio fell by $9,649 while total valuation decreased by 10.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 3,386 homes sold, with a median home valuation of $172,929 - a 5.3 percent decrease from the $182,578 median valuation for the same period of the previous year. There were 3,799 homes sold in San Antonio in May 2021.
