Cost of college was unchanged for all students at the South Texas Vocational Technical Institute-San Antonio

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at the South Texas Vocational Technical Institute-San Antonio, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Texas students paid $19,348 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 93 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 272 students received grants or scholarships totaling $990,605 and 245 students took out student loans totaling more than $2.3 million.

Including all undergraduates (610), 599 students used grants or scholarships totaling $2.5 million, and 504 students took out $3.8 million in federal student loans.
