On Wednesday, June 4, former Sandra Day O’Connor High School standout Leighann Goode’s current collegiate team the Texas Longhorns won 2-1 against the Texas Tech Lady Raiders in the NCAA Division I Softball Championship.

The game took place at Devon Park at 7 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Texas Tech Lady Raiders in the tournament.

The Texas Longhorns’ next game will take place on Thursday, June 5 at 7 p.m. at Devon Park.
