On Friday, April 11, former Sandra Day O’Connor High School standout Leighann Goode’s current college team, the Texas Longhorns, won 3-0 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tennessee Lady Volunteers.

The game took place at Red & Charline McCombs Field. This was their first matchup against the Lady Volunteers this season.

The Longhorns’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 12 at 5 p.m. at Red & Charline McCombs Field against Tennessee Lady Volunteers.
