On June 18, Rep. Pat Fallon commented on a Supreme Court decision that upheld Tennessee’s ban on transgender treatments for minors. He expressed support for the ruling by stating “SCOTUS upheld Tennessee’s ban on transgender treatments for minors—a major victory for protecting our children.” He further emphasized that states should protect children from what he described as “dangerous, irreversible mutilations” and celebrated the decision as a win for common sense.

Later that day, Fallon addressed national security investments with reference to proposed legislation known as The One Big Beautiful Bill. He stated “The One Big Beautiful Bill would make HUGE investments in US national security and our troops.” Advocating for strengthening military capabilities, he reiterated the importance of restoring peace through strength.

On June 19, Rep. Fallon highlighted concerns about international military advancements by countries such as China. He noted “Adversaries like China have invested heavily in cutting-edge hypersonic missile technology.” Fallon stressed the need for innovative solutions to ensure the United States can effectively deter aggression from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the Indo-Pacific region.
