Rep. Pat Fallon, who represents Texas’s 4th congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives, posted a series of tweets on July 16, 2025, addressing economic growth in Texas, energy policy under President Biden, and questions regarding the president’s mental acuity.
In a tweet at 16:31 UTC, Fallon highlighted Texas’s economic performance: “People vote with their feet, and Texas leads the nation in economic growth. Low taxes, minimal regulations, and a strong workforce keep our state thriving. Jobs and opportunities continue to draw people to the Lone Star State. #TexasStrong”.
Two hours later, Fallon criticized current federal energy policies and promoted new legislation: “Biden’s energy policies choked domestic production, but the ‘Merica Act fights back by streamlining access to our oil, gas, and critical minerals. It is time to prioritize American workers and energy independence with smart, pro-growth legislation.”
At 18:40 UTC on the same day, Fallon commented on recent developments involving members of President Biden’s administration: “First it was Biden’s doctor, now Jill Biden’s aide Anthony Bernal has plead the Fifth. We on @GOPoversight just want to know: If Joe was truly ‘sharp as a tack,’ why can’t his admin’s folks who were so close to him answer SIMPLE questions under oath about his mental acuity?”
Pat Fallon has served as a U.S. Congressman since 2021 after replacing John Ratcliffe in Texas’s 4th district. Before entering Congress, he held seats in both the Texas House of Representatives (2013–2019) and Texas Senate (2019–2021). Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco, Fallon holds a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
