Rep. Pat Fallon, who has served in the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district since 2021, recently expressed his views on artificial intelligence and national security through a series of tweets. Fallon succeeded John Ratcliffe in Congress and previously served in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate.
On June 3, 2025, Rep. Fallon stated, “If America leans into our free market advantage, we will win the AI race.” He emphasized the importance of innovation in developing advanced AI systems for military applications to maintain superiority on future battlefields.
The following day, June 4, 2025, he reiterated his stance by highlighting the significance of information dominance for future conflicts. “Winning tomorrow’s conflicts means mastering information dominance,” he tweeted. Fallon stressed that gaining an edge in AI is crucial for the U.S. military to stay ahead of competitors like Russia and China.
Later on June 4, Fallon addressed concerns about national security related to foreign ownership of American land. He tweeted that “This is part of a targeted effort by Communist China to undermine US national security.” He voiced support for banning Chinese Communist Party ownership of land within the United States.
Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco, Rep. Fallon graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BA.
