Rep. Pat Fallon, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district, shared his views on recent national and international issues through a series of tweets. Fallon, who succeeded John Ratcliffe in 2021, has been vocal about domestic security policies and international strategic interests.

On June 10, 2025, Rep. Fallon addressed the ongoing riots in Los Angeles by attributing their occurrence to various factors. He stated “A few things that have made the LA riots possible: -Blue mayors’ sanctuary & pro-criminal policies -Media writing off chaos as ‘peaceful’ -Biden’s open border that let in anti-American radicals Trump’s bringing in the National Guard because Newsom can’t keep California safe.”

In another tweet on the same day, Fallon criticized President Biden’s decision regarding U.S. military bases abroad. He tweeted “By handing over control of key US bases in Niger, Biden opened the door for further Russian influence in the Sahel. It’s in the US’ national security interest to restore our partnerships in the region to combat both Russian influence and the rise of Islamic terror.”

Continuing his focus on defense capabilities on June 11, 2025, Rep. Fallon highlighted concerns about hypersonic weapons technology advancements by rival nations. He urged for increased investment and development by stating “Hypersonics are the future of defense, and we cannot afford to fall behind. Russia and China are advancing fast. We MUST continue to invest in R&D, increase urgency for testing, and get them in the hands of our warfighters. Dominance and national security are on the line.”

Pat Fallon’s background includes service from 2013 to 2019 in the Texas House of Representatives and from 2019 to 2021 in the Texas Senate before joining Congress. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967, he resides currently in Frisco.
