Rep. Pat Fallon, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district, used his Twitter account on July 21, 2025, to comment on several policy actions and ongoing political debates involving former President Donald Trump.
In one post, Fallon highlighted an executive order from February signed by President Trump: “President Trump’s February executive order protects $40 billion in U.S. benefit programs from illegal aliens. By prioritizing actual citizens, this administration ensures taxpayer dollars support Americans, not those who break our laws to game the system.” (July 21, 2025).
Later that day, Fallon addressed energy policy developments under the Trump administration: “President Trump’s energy emergency declaration has unleashed American energy. Oil and gas drilling permits are at their fastest pace in years, outpacing Biden’s administration by 44%. This is a bold step toward energy independence and lower costs for all Americans.” (July 21, 2025).
In another tweet posted the same evening, Fallon criticized Democratic politicians and media outlets regarding allegations of Russian interference in U.S. elections: “Democrats & lefty media are playing word games to conflate interference & collusion. Despite their bluster for the past decade, there’s still no evidence that Russia actually altered the results of 2016. Meanwhile, claims of Trump-Russia collusion still lack ANY evidence.” (July 21, 2025).
Fallon has represented Texas’s 4th District in Congress since replacing John Ratcliffe in 2021 and previously served in both chambers of the Texas Legislature. He was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and resides in Frisco. Fallon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
