Rep. Pat Fallon, who represents Texas’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, posted a series of statements on July 23, 2025, regarding recent developments related to allegations of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. presidential election and claims of collusion involving former President Donald Trump.
In his first post at 16:00 UTC, Fallon stated: “Claims of Trump-Russia collusion still lack ANY evidence. Meanwhile, reports show that Russia did NOT influence the results of the 2016 election. Conflating these two points and moving the goalposts is how lefty media operates.”
Later that day at 18:22 UTC, he wrote: “This is a good day for truth and transparency for the American people. The Russia hoax is dead, and this report exposes the flawed-intel and false narrative that President Trump’s political opponents have been clinging to for years.”
At 19:00 UTC on July 23, Fallon added: “When members of the intelligence community use their positions to push baseless, partisan narratives, it undermines the American people’s trust. @DNIGabbard’s release of @HouseIntel’s 2017 majority staff report puts the Russia hoax, and hysteria that went along with it, to bed.”
Pat Fallon has served as a member of Congress since replacing John Ratcliffe in 2021. He previously held seats in both chambers of the Texas Legislature before joining Congress.
He was born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently resides in Frisco.
Fallon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame.
