Rep. Pat Fallon, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district, has been vocal on social media about various legislative priorities. Serving since 2021 after succeeding John Ratcliffe, Fallon has previously held positions in both the Texas House of Representatives and the Texas Senate.
On June 4, 2025, Rep. Fallon expressed his support for a fiscal initiative by the House GOP to codify $9.4 billion in spending cuts targeting NPR, PBS, and foreign aid. He stated, “I strongly support @HouseGOP’s push to codify $9.4B in spending cuts that target waste at NPR, PBS, and in foreign aid.” Fallon emphasized the importance of aligning with President Biden’s vision for fiscal responsibility.
Later that day, Fallon discussed legislation aimed at enhancing defense contracts related to AI and cloud technology through free-market principles. He highlighted this approach as essential for maintaining technological superiority and security against cyber threats: “The FAST Act would ensure DOD’s AI and cloud contracts drive competition and innovation.”
Additionally, Rep. Fallon addressed national defense strategies concerning China’s influence in the Indo-Pacific region. He underscored the necessity of strengthening domestic shipbuilding capabilities to maintain a robust naval presence: “A strong US Navy is key to deterring China in the Indo-Pacific.”
Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco, Texas, Pat Fallon graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
