Rep. Pat Fallon, who has represented Texas’s 4th District in the U.S. Congress since 2021, addressed several national security and law enforcement issues in a series of posts on July 12, 2025. Fallon, a University of Notre Dame graduate and former member of both the Texas House of Representatives and Senate, commented on Secret Service security lapses, violence against ICE agents, and defense innovation.
On July 12, 2025 at 13:00 UTC, Fallon criticized recent Secret Service performance in Butler, Pennsylvania. He stated: “The STUNNING security failures by the Secret Service in Butler, PA, must never happen again.
Tomorrow marks a year since President Trump was only inches from being killed.
Secret Service has new leadership now and has made reforms, but there’s still more to be done.”
Later that day at 16:00 UTC, Fallon commented on political violence directed at Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel. He wrote: “The left’s unwillingness to address the violence against our ICE agents only serves to embolden this dangerous behavior.
Political violence is NEVER acceptable. We must do all in our power to protect those who protect us.”
At 19:50 UTC on July 12, Fallon discussed military deterrence strategies linked to technological advancement and funding through the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY26 NDAA). He said: “Deterrence hinges on innovation.
The #FY26NDAA funds next-gen tech — AI, hypersonics, unmanned systems — to keep us ahead of our adversaries.
@HASCRepublicans are committed to building a modern, lethal force to ensure our military remains unmatched in strength and readiness.”
Pat Fallon succeeded John Ratcliffe as representative for Texas’s 4th District in Congress. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco at age 55, he has held public office continuously since his election to the Texas House of Representatives in 2013.
