Rep. Pat Fallon, currently serving in the U.S. Congress representing Texas’ 4th district, has expressed his views on several international issues through a series of tweets. Fallon, who succeeded John Ratcliffe in 2021 and has a background in both the Texas House of Representatives and Senate, shared his concerns regarding global security threats.
On May 22, 2025, Fallon addressed China’s geopolitical actions by stating that “China’s aggression threatens global stability.” He emphasized the importance of modernizing military capabilities with AI and hypersonics, enhancing naval presence in the Indo-Pacific region, and improving cyber defenses as means for the United States to counteract Communist China.
Later that day, Fallon criticized President Biden’s administration for its approach towards Iran’s missile ambitions. He warned that “By 2035, Iran’s orbital weapons could bypass US radars.” He advocated for advanced missile defense systems and space-based detection to safeguard American airspace and deter adversaries.
In another tweet on the same day, Fallon commented on slogans used by certain movements. He stated that “‘Globalize the intifada’ is a call to murder jews and undermine the west.” He criticized elements within media and academic institutions for allegedly supporting efforts aimed at destabilizing Israel and promoting chaos.
Pat Fallon’s perspectives are shaped by his extensive political career which began after graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a BA. Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967, he now resides in Frisco.
