Rep. Pat Fallon, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 4th district, addressed several issues in recent posts on his social media account, including agricultural policy, religious observance, and tax relief for tipped workers.
On April 2, 2026, Fallon highlighted concerns about the impact of fertilizer shortages on American farmers. He wrote, “American farmers are being hit hard by fertilizer shortages, imposing massive costs. We need to put US farmers first by revoking the Biden-era countervailing duties on phosphate that are driving these shortages.”
The following day, April 3, Fallon posted a message marking Good Friday: “Wishing all a blessed Good Friday as we reflect on Christ’s sacrifice on the cross for our redemption.”
Later that same day, he discussed new tax policy affecting tipped workers. Fallon stated, “More than 6 million Americans reported tipped wages across restaurants, salons, delivery, and hospitality. With No Tax on Tips, they will take home about $1,300 more on average. Relief starts now for tips earned in 2025. That’s real help for working families.”
Fallon has served in Congress since 2021 after replacing John Ratcliffe and represents Texas’s 4th District. Prior to his current role in the U.S. House of Representatives, he served in the Texas House from 2013 to 2019 and in the Texas Senate from 2019 to 2021. In recent elections, Fallon won re-election with significant margins: defeating Simon Cardell in 2024 with over two-thirds of the vote; Iro Omere in 2022; and Russell Foster in 2020.
Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco at age 55, Fallon continues to engage with constituents through public statements addressing both policy issues and community observances.
