Rep. Pat Fallon, who represents Texas’ 4th district in the U.S. Congress, recently addressed a range of issues on his social media account, including questions about President Joe Biden’s health, concerns over an app called ICEblock, and condolences following fatal floods in Texas.
On July 16, 2025, Fallon posted: “These are simple questions…
If Joe Biden was really ‘healthy, active, robust,’ why take the Fifth?
This is a pretty unconvincing cover-up.”
The following day, July 17, 2025, he commented on the challenges faced by federal immigration officers: “ICE agents risk their lives to deport dangerous criminals, yet ICEblock paints a target on their backs.
This app obstructs lawful operations and invites violence.
We must take action to address this digital threat to our federal officers.”
Later that same day, Fallon responded to recent flooding events in Texas: “The loss of 134 lives in the TX floods is a tragedy, and my heart goes out to those grieving for their friends loved ones.
Let’s also keep in mind the efforts of our brave first responders who saved more than 1000 lives.”
Pat Fallon has represented Texas’s 4th District since 2021 after succeeding John Ratcliffe. Before serving in Congress, he held positions in both the Texas House of Representatives (2013-2019) and the Texas Senate (2019-2021). Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 1967 and currently residing in Frisco at age 55, Fallon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame.
