Rep. Chip Roy Press Office, the communications arm for U.S. Congressman Chip Roy of Texas’s 21st District, has used its social media platform to highlight criminal cases involving undocumented immigrants and advocate for legislative action.

On March 11, 2026, the press office posted: “Chip’s Crime Chronicle Day 10: Meet Samuel Antonio Maldonado-Erazo, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras who is accused of killing his 3-year-old nephew.

This deranged individual was RELEASED into the U.S. by the Biden-Harris-Mayorkas Admin. despite having previously been”. The post links the case to federal immigration policies under President Joe Biden and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.

Later that day, on March 11, another message was published urging legislative action: “PASS REP. ROY’S SAVE AMERICA ACT https://t.co/vV9iJXGm9G”.

On March 12, 2026, the press office continued its series with another case: “Chip’s Crime Chronicle Day 11: Meet Juan Leonardo Garcia Ibarra, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico who has illegally reentered the U.S. 12 TIMES and been CONVICTED of sexual indecency with a child, aggravated assault, and cruelty toward a child.
