In one post from that day, Rep. Roy stated: “This is not just a problem with respect to passing out materials at school. This is a part of a political ideology at war with the West. If we don’t recognize it, you can’t win it. You can’t win a war that you don’t acknowledge exists.” (April 8, 2026)

Roy commented on former President Donald Trump’s approach to long-term strategy: “President Trump is the first president, certainly in my lifetime, who is looking literally decades and hundreds of years down the road about how we structure the United States for geopolitical dominance going forward, restoring our strength in the Western Hemisphere,” (April 8, 2026)
