Rep. Chip Roy Press Office has published a series of statements on social media addressing issues related to U.S. energy policy, foreign affairs, and immigration.

On March 13, 2026, Rep. Rep. Chip Roy has served as a member of the U.S. Congress representing Texas’s 21st District since 2019 after succeeding Lamar Smith.[source] He has won multiple elections since then, including victories in 2018 against Joseph Kopser (50.2% to 47.6%), in 2020 against Wendy Davis (52% to 45.4%), in 2022 against Claudia Zapata (62.8% to 37.2%), and most recently in 2024 against Kristin Hook (61.9% to 36.1%). These repeated electoral wins reflect continued support within his district.
