Rep. Pat Fallon, a U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 4th district since 2021, recently used his social media platform to address issues of Medicaid fraud and military personnel support in a series of posts on June 1, 2026.
In a post published at 15:55 UTC, Fallon alleged ongoing problems with Medicaid waiver programs, stating: “Medicaid waiver programs are rife with fraud:
@GOPoversight is shining the light on Medicaid fraud.” This tweet highlighted concerns about verification processes and fraudulent activities within Medicaid systems.
Later that day at 17:10 UTC, Fallon shifted focus to military affairs, posting: “Our personnel are our military’s MOST valuable resource.
@HASCRepublicans is laser focused on giving our men and women in uniform the pay and support they deserve in the FY27 NDAA.” The post referenced efforts by the House Armed Services Committee Republicans to prioritize service members’ welfare during discussions over the Fiscal Year 2027 National Defense Authorization Act.
At 17:35 UTC, Fallon made another statement regarding state-level governance and fraud: “Blue states love their fraud.”
Fallon’s tenure in Congress began after he replaced John Ratcliffe in 2021. He has served as the representative for Texas’s 4th District since then and previously held positions in both the Texas House of Representatives (2013–2019) and Texas Senate (2019–2021). Born in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, in 1967, Fallon currently resides in Frisco. In recent elections, he secured victories over Simon Cardell in 2024 with approximately 68% of the vote, Iro Omere in 2022 with nearly 67%, and Russell Foster in 2020 with over 75%.
