The McMurry War Hawks claimed a 4-2 win over the Ozarks Eagles in an NCAA Division III softball contest Friday, March 6, at 4:30 p.m., with former O’Connor High School standout Thalia Reyes contributing to the victory.
The matchup was held at Edwards Field and marked the teams’ second meeting this season. In their earlier contest Friday, March 6, the War Hawks were defeated 7-3 by the Eagles.
Reyes came in as pitcher for 1.2 innings, tallying one strikeout.
The War Hawks will play next on Saturday, March 7, facing the Ozarks Eagles once again at Edwards Field at 11 a.m.
