Chipper Mayorga’s Midwestern State Mustangs fall 9-2 to Cameron Aggies on Feb. 27

On Friday, Feb. 27, at 4 p.m., Chipper Mayorga, an alum of Thomas Edison High School, and her current college softball team, the Midwestern State Mustangs, were defeated 9-2 by the Cameron Aggies in their NCAA Division II matchup.

The contest was held at McMahon Field and Athletics Center and was the teams’ first meeting this season.

Mayorga delivered one hit in three appearances and tallied one run batted in.

The Mustangs are set to play their next game against the Cameron Aggies at McMahon Field and Athletics Center on Friday, Feb. 27, at 6 p.m.
