San Antonio police say man arrested on suspicion of first-degree murder
The San Antonio Police Department has announced the arrest of 23-year-old Naqibullah Habibzoi on suspicion of first-degree murder in connection with the May 31 shooting death of 34-year-old Awal Noor Kiftan on the city’s Northwest Side.
