Carson Jones, former Sandra Day O’Connor High School standout’s collegiate team plays on Friday, May 16 in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship

On Friday, May 16, former Sandra Day O’Connor High School standout Carson Jones’ current collegiate team the McMurry War Hawks won 8-7 against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Ben Hines Field at 10 a.m. and was the first matchup against the Pomona-Pitzer Sagehens in the tournament.

The McMurry War Hawks’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 17 at 12:10 p.m. at Ben Hines Field.
